Privacy notice

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

• What we collect: your e-mail address and optional first name, which course part you bought, and your lesson progress. If you join a waiting list, your e-mail address and the part you are interested in.
• Why: to process your order, e-mail your access link, give you support, show your progress, and (only if you joined a list) tell you when a new part is ready.
• Payments: handled by Yoco on its own secure page. We do not see or store your card number. We keep Yoco's checkout and payment reference for your order.
• E-mail: sent through our mail provider. We do not sell your information.
• Who sees it: only us and the service providers needed to run the service (payments, e-mail, hosting).
• How long: we keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and support. Ask us to remove your waiting-list entry at any time.
• Your rights: you may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. E-mail hello@eaafix.com. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
• Cookies: we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
• Safe AI use: in the course we teach you not to put ID numbers, bank details or other sensitive personal information into AI tools.
